Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocades, peeled and chopped
- 1 small tomato, skinned and chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- a dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcester Sauce

chop some tomato and add lime juice |
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients in an electric blender. Process until the mixture is lumpy. Serve with tortillas or chips as a snack.

Notes:
If you don't eat the guacamole instantly after preparation, put the avocado seed into the mixture to prevent darkening.
